Full Itinerary

A detailed, day-by-day outline of your Balinese Soul Stay.

Day 1 – Arrival & Gentle Welcome Morning / Afternoon Arrival & Airport Transfer – Arrive in Bali and be transferred to your accommodation. As flights vary, arrival times will differ. Villa Check-in – Settle in, relax, refresh, explore the area, or go for a massage at a local spa. Late Afternoon Wellness Welcome Ceremony – Receive your welcome pack and begin your healing journey with an introduction hosted by the Five Pillars team. Journaling materials and mindful orientation included. Evening Welcome Dinner (Balinese or Western Options) – Share your first meal together with the group. Guests may choose between Balinese-inspired or Western-style dining. Night Rest & Reflection – Journal your first impressions and set your intentions for the journey.

Day 2 – Purification & Sacred Connection Morning Free Time – Enjoy a relaxed start to the day until the group departs for the first sacred site. Midday Sacred Water Ceremony – Cave Temple, Sading Village – Experience purification and renewal through a traditional Balinese blessing and sacred water ritual. Conscious Lunch (Local Restaurant) – A mindful dining experience with nourishing flavours. Afternoon Bali Museum Visit – Denpasar – Learn about Balinese wisdom, history, and ancestral healing traditions. Temple Visit – Jagatnatha Temple – Discover spiritual connections between humans and the divine. Evening / Night Flexible Evening & Dinner Options (at own cost) – Guests may choose how to spend their evening: dine together as a group, enjoy a private meal at a local restaurant, or simply relax in-house. Time is free for rest, journaling, or quiet reflection.

Day 3 – Nature Therapy & Sacred Meditation Morning Free Time at Villa – Gentle start to the day with space for sunrise watching, swimming, journaling, or rest. Midday Group Lunch – Traditional Village – Experience village life while enjoying a wholesome meal prepared and shared with the community. Afternoon Balinese Family House Visit – Serangan – Experience healing culture therapy by creating canang and gebogan offerings with a local family. Sacred Meditation – Sakenan Temple – Meditative blessing led by a Balinese priest for spiritual grounding. Evening Gastronomic Experiences Dinner – Enjoy home-cooked meals, taste local snacks, and explore village food culture while connecting with warm-hearted local families. Night Villa Rest – Return to the villa for quiet reflection and journaling.

Day 4 – Inner Healing & Free Flow Morning Yoga Session – Included – Gentle guided yoga available for all guests. Participation is optional. Daytime Optional Tarot & Healing Sessions – Extra Cost – Guests may book individual sessions such as tarot, energy healing, or other practices throughout the day. Sessions may run into the afternoon depending on demand. Free Time – For those not joining sessions, the day is open for swimming, spa treatments, journaling, shopping, beach walks, or relaxation. Evening Dinner – Flexible Options, meal at own cost – Guests may choose their own dining arrangements: dine in-house, explore a local restaurant, or enjoy a meal with fellow travellers and the healer or tarot reader. Night Meditation Session – Extra Cost, optional and subject to healer availability – An evening meditation session may be offered. Guests can choose whether to participate.

Day 5 – Healing & Royal Wellness Morning Free Morning – Guests can enjoy a relaxed start to the day. This avoids overscheduling and allows space to rest, journal, or explore nearby at their own pace. Afternoon Mindfulness Healing Session – Led by Five Pillars – A guided session of mindful healing and self-reflection. Transfer to Gianyar – Belahbatuh Palace – Scenic journey to Gianyar to experience a unique cultural immersion. Evening Royal Welcome & Dinner at Belahbatuh Palace – Receive a blessing and explore the palace before enjoying an elegant dinner accompanied by traditional Balinese dance. Night Villa Rest – Return to the Villa for quiet reflection and journaling.

Day 6 – Ocean Healing & Cultural Power Morning Beach Exploration & Karang Boma Cliff Hike – South Bali – Connect with nature through a coastal walk and cliffside views, blending the healing power of ocean and earth. Midday Lunch – Local Restaurant – Enjoy a nourishing group meal with local cuisine. Afternoon Visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Park – Explore Bali’s cultural park and witness the towering guardian statue symbolizing protection and strength. Evening Sacred Sunset & Kecak Fire Dance – Uluwatu Temple – Experience a breath-taking sunset and traditional fire dance performance at one of Bali’s most iconic temples. Dinner by the Sea – Jimbaran – Meal at own cost – Oceanfront dining to close the day with fresh flavours and calming sea views

Day 7 – Self-Nurturing & Renewal Morning Yoga with Instructor – Included – Gentle guided flow designed to restore balance and calm. Daytime Optional Wellness & Healing Sessions – Extra cost – Tarot, massage, spa, or other self-care sessions. Free Time – Swim, journal, visit a spa, explore local markets, or simply rest and recharge. Lunch – Own arrangement and cost – Choose your own mindful nourishment at leisure. Evening Chef-Prepared Dinner – In Villa – Included – A nourishing and mindful group feast prepared in-house by a private chef. Night Free evening for reflection, journaling, or quiet connection with others.

Day 8 – Mindful Art & Ubud Magic Morning Transfer to Ubud – Scenic journey through Bali’s lush landscapes on the way to Ubud. Midday Mindful Art Therapy – Mas Village – Creative healing through guided art practices in a traditional artisan village. Lunch – Local Venue – Enjoy a farm-to-table wellness meal with fresh local produce. Afternoon Ubud Art Market & Tegalalang Rice Terrace – Explore Ubud’s vibrant art market, wander through iconic rice terraces, and enjoy mindful adventures such as coffee tasting or optional activities such as swing or sky bike at own cost. Evening Flexible Dinner Options – At own cost – Depending on timing, guests may choose to stop for dinner on the way back from Ubud or dine near the accommodation. Dinner is at own arrangement and cost, individually or as a group.

Day 9 – Sound Healing & Herbal Wisdom Morning Free time for a slow start. Guests may enjoy a sleep-in, light journaling, or personal wellness practices. Pickup from the hotel to a trusted healing venue in Denpasar. Mid-Morning Holistic Healing Session – Guests are welcomed into a serene space for a combination of meditation, sound healing, and tea therapy. A deeply restorative experience designed to realign energy, encourage spiritual grounding, and leave participants feeling balanced and renewed. Afternoon Shared Lunch at a local venue – A mindful, nourishing meal enjoyed together. Herbal Jamu Workshop – Guests learn the traditional art of preparing jamu, Indonesia’s heritage herbal tonic, and create their own healing drink to take away. Evening Flexible Evening and Dinner Options – At own cost – Guests may choose how to spend their evening: dine together as a group, enjoy a private meal at a local restaurant, or relax in-house. Time is free for rest, journaling, or quiet reflection.

Day 10 – Closing, Renewal and Farewell Morning Free Morning – Gentle start to the day with time for a mindful walk, journaling, spa, or quiet reflection. Midday Lunch – Own arrangement at own cost. Guests choose their own light, mindful meal before the closing activities. Afternoon Final Reflection and Group Healing Circle – Integration session led by Five Pillars to share insights, set intentions, and close the journey in community. Late Afternoon Sacred Turtle Release Ceremony – A symbolic farewell ritual, releasing turtles to the ocean as a gesture of renewal and letting go. Evening Farewell Dinner and Gift Exchange – Local Restaurant – At own cost. Closing celebration with shared dinner, heartfelt connection, and an optional gift exchange to honour the bonds created.
